Wellness: A Holistic Approach

Shant Wellness

Shant Wellness

Shant yoga class picShant Wellness offers a soothing spa-like environment for achieving health and wellness through chiropractic, yoga, massage and acupuncture. The name “Shant” comes from the Sanskrit word shanti, meaning peace and tranquility. The clinic’s holistic approach is designed to help patients achieve peace and tranquility. By focusing on educating patients about natural solutions to common health problems, patients are motivated to take a more active role in restoring and maintaining their health.

Shant recognizes that each individual is different even though they may be diagnosed with the same condition. Treatment plans are tailored to each patient’s unique needs, goals, and medical condition. Plans may include tailored yoga classes taught by a certified yoga instructor in the clinic’s yoga studio. Beginner, intermediate and advanced. Yoga classes are open to the public.

Dr. Pari Limbachia, is a graduate of the University of Florida and Parker College of Chiropractic, and is an instructor at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange.
