"Love" Under the Stars
 
For something a little different on Valentine's Day, look to the stars! Seminole Community College’s Planetarium will present Heavenly Love, a special Valentine's Day show Friday, Feb.15th at 8:30pm.
  This original show will explore mythological love stories and how ancient storytellers used them to explain the night sky. It will include such diverse stories as the myth of Altair and Vega, lovers separated by the Heavenly River; and the legend of the great hunter Algon and his love, the seventh star maiden of the Seven Sisters (the Pleiades).
The Planetarium, on the Sanford/Lake Mary Campus, has shows every Friday and Saturday at 8:30pm. $6 adults; $4 seniors and students K-12; free for pre-schoolers. Free for SCC students, faculty and staff with a valid ID.
